I had high expectations for my stay at Estancia La Jolla, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to the hype. The hotel is beautiful with lovely grounds, but the service left much to be desired. My experience included a canceled reservation without notice and a musty room that wasn't cleaned properly. Despite the picturesque setting, my overall impression was marred by poor customer service and maintenance issues.
